By using Poker Scheduler, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poker Scheduler (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App allows users to create poker tables, manage seats, join waiting lists, chat with players, and track game statistics.

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using email, Google, or Apple.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for managing their tables and players.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers optional subscriptions including: Host Pro and Stats Pro.

• Price: $9.99 USD per month
• Auto-renewable subscription
• Payment charged upon confirmation
• Auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
• Renewal charged within 24 hours before period ends

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in your Apple ID or platform account settings.

Payments may be processed via Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or other providers.

6. Account Deletion

Deleting your account may remove or anonymize app-related data including tables, chats, friendships, notifications, and statistics, subject to legal, security, operational, and payment requirements.

Subscriptions remain active until canceled through the original payment platform.

7. Community Rules

• No buying, selling, transferring, or sharing of accounts
• No harassment or abuse
• No illegal activity
• No impersonation
• No exploiting the system

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Account Ownership & Subscription Transfer

Each account is intended for use by a single user only. Buying, selling, trading, or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.

If we detect account trading, sharing, or abuse, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account without notice.

Subscriptions are linked to a specific account. Transferring a subscription to another account is only allowed through the official in-app transfer process.

We may limit or reject subscription transfer requests if abuse, fraud, or excessive transfer activity is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Game outcomes
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
