This Privacy Policy explains how Poker Scheduler collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services.

1. Who We Are

Poker Scheduler is provided by Tsung-Yi Tseng ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Poker Scheduler mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App").

Poker Scheduler is an organizational and player tracking platform only. The App does not provide real-money gambling, betting, casino games, or money transfer services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly, information created through your use of the App, and limited technical information required to operate and secure the App.

Account information, such as your email address, display name, last name, profile photo, and player ID.
Authentication information used to sign in through Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign In.
User-generated content, such as poker table details, seat reservations, waiting lists, player names, chat messages, friend requests, and game records.
Subscription and entitlement information, such as whether Host Pro or Stats Pro access is active.
Device and diagnostic information, such as crash logs, app performance data, notification tokens, and basic usage information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for purposes related to providing, improving, protecting, and supporting the App.

To create and manage your account.
To allow hosts to create, edit, and manage poker tables.
To allow players to join tables, reserve seats, use waiting lists, and manage attendance.
To provide friends, chat, notifications, and table invitation features.
To enable paid features such as Host Pro and Stats Pro.
To verify, restore, and manage subscription access.
To improve app stability, security, design, and user experience.
To detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or violations of our terms.
To comply with legal, payment, tax, security, or platform requirements.

4. Authentication

The App uses Firebase Authentication and may support sign-in through email and password, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign In. Authentication providers may process certain information according to their own privacy policies.

We do not receive or store your account password. Authentication is handled securely by the applicable authentication provider.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are linked to a specific user account. Transferring subscriptions between accounts is only supported through official in-app processes and may require identity verification.

We may store limited information related to subscription ownership (such as account identifiers) to prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized subscription sharing.

The App may offer optional paid features, including Host Pro and Stats Pro subscriptions.

On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
On other supported platforms, purchases may be processed through Stripe, Google Play Billing, or another secure payment provider.

We do not directly collect or store your full credit card number, banking information, or payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by the applicable third-party payment provider.

Deleting your App account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment provider. You are responsible for canceling your subscription through the platform where the purchase was made.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, to store and operate App data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Account sharing, resale, or unauthorized transfer of accounts or subscriptions is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Third-Party Services

To operate the App, we may rely on trusted third-party service providers, including:

Firebase / Google Cloud services
Apple Sign In and Apple In-App Purchase
Google Sign-In and Google Play Billing
Stripe payment services
App Store and platform review services

These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the App, process payments, provide authentication, send notifications, store data, protect security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid requests from authorities.

9. Chat, Tables, and User-Generated Content

The App allows users to create poker tables, reserve seats, join waiting lists, send chat messages, manage friends, and record game statistics. This information may be visible to other users depending on the feature, your role, and your relationship with those users.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in table names, chat messages, player names, or other user-generated content.

10. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we may send notifications related to chat messages, table invitations, new tables, friend activity, subscription access, or important App updates.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

11. Account Deletion

Users can request or perform account deletion directly from within the App settings where available. When your account is deleted, we may delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including profile data, tables, chats, friendships, notifications, and related App content, subject to technical, legal, security, and operational requirements.

Some records may be retained for a limited period when necessary for payment records, subscription verification, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Account deletion does not cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription separately through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or the payment provider used for your purchase.

12. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain your account, support paid features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect the security of the App.

13. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or request a copy of certain personal information. You may also be able to object to or restrict certain processing.

15. International Users

Your information may be stored and processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed outside your province, state, or country of residence.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App, our website, or other reasonable methods. The updated version will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
